By accessing, browsing, or using the website, trading platforms, or any services provided by Drovix (MU) Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account with Drovix (MU) Ltd, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You must not be a resident of any restricted jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current identification and personal information
• You must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our services

We reserve the right to refuse account opening or to close any account at our sole discretion if we believe you do not meet eligibility requirements or pose a risk to the Company.

Drovix (MU) Ltd provides online trading services for various financial instruments including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and other derivatives. By using our trading services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All trades are executed on an agency or matched principal basis through our ECN infrastructure
• Prices quoted are indicative and may differ from execution prices due to market conditions
• We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion
• Slippage, both positive and negative, may occur during periods of high volatility or low liquidity
• We do not provide investment advice, and all trading decisions are your sole responsibility
• Leverage amplifies both potential profits and potential losses
• Stop-loss and take-profit orders are not guaranteed to execute at the specified price

As a client of Drovix (MU) Ltd, you agree to the following obligations:

• Maintain sufficient margin in your account to support open positions at all times
• Monitor your account activity regularly and report any unauthorized transactions immediately
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information and promptly notify us of any changes
• Not engage in any form of market manipulation, fraud, or abusive trading practices
• Not use our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of our services. These may include but are not limited to:

• Spreads on traded instruments as displayed on our trading platforms
• Commission charges on ECN accounts as specified in our fee schedule
• Swap/rollover charges for positions held overnight
• Deposit and withdrawal processing fees as applicable
• Inactivity fees for dormant accounts as specified in our policies
• Currency conversion fees when transacting in currencies other than your account base currency

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice. Current fees are always available on our website and trading platforms.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on our website and trading platforms are owned by or licensed to Drovix (MU) Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drovix (MU) Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use our trading services or platforms
• Any losses incurred from trading activities, including losses due to market movements
• Technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to service
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure login credentials
• Delays or failures in order execution due to market conditions or technical issues
• Reliance on any information provided on our website or platforms

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drovix (MU) Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our services or violation of these Terms
• Your trading activities and any resulting losses or damages
• Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Any inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you
• Any unauthorized use of your account

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Drovix (MU) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or regulatory authority
• We suspect fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or abusive trading on your account
• You fail to provide requested documentation for KYC/AML compliance
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our policies

Upon termination, all open positions may be closed, and any remaining balance (less any outstanding fees or charges) will be returned to you through an approved withdrawal method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius. Drovix (MU) Ltd operates under the regulatory framework of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. All regulatory matters shall be handled in accordance with the applicable FSC regulations and guidelines.

Drovix (MU) Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes through our website, email, or trading platform notifications. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The most current version will always be available on our website.
